How do I sign up?

Click the Orange “On the Porch Rewards" button (it has a gift box icon) that appears on the left corner of our homepage, to sign up or to log in if you already set up a Rewards account on a previous visit.

 

How do I earn rewards?

There are many ways to earn!

                              300 Points are automatically given for creating a Front Porch Pets account

                              5 points for every $1 spent (Must be signed in, not ordering as a guest!)

                              500 points for your birthday if you provide a date

                              50 points each for liking, following and sharing on social media (please use the orange “On The Porch Rewards” button to do so)

 

How do I redeem rewards?

               100 points = $1

                                Click on the “On the Porch” button on our Homepage and sign in to view your rewards.

If you have a reward to use, you will see it here. You can click on the store credit option, use the slider to pick how much you want to redeem in store credit. Once redeemed, it will be automatically apply to your account as store credit that can be used at checkout
