Pumpkin Cruncher

Nothing says Harvest more than fresh apples, pumpkins and cranberries. Oh yeah, let’s not forget sweet potatoes.

Chef David went for a Fall drive into the beautiful countryside of mid-state Wisconsin. Passing by a sign for a cranberry bog, he stopped in and picked up some cranberries for a Thanksgiving sauce. He stopped at a farm stand and bought some wonderful fragrant apples.

And the best part were all the pumpkins lining the fields. Naturally he got a few of those to decorate the house and make a pie.

Being the Chef that he is, he combined all these seasonal ingredients into one compact Sams’ Yams Cookie. As usual, nothing artificial. Just pure food.
